We offer quality of living experience. Our rooms has a maximum of 2 occupants only in sharing apartment.We have security tech amenities like video enter system and face recognition  for our renters to feel safe. Well appointed air wells all throughout the building for healthier living. Our boutique rental property was designed that offer a relaxed stay.

Solo means you own the room and pay by yourself. 

Shared living means you have a room mate or someone sharing apartment. You jointly pay the rent and bills. 

Rooms under studio sharing comes with a bunk bed with foam mattress. A shared locker.  A private bathroom and electric fan. Available on short term room rental and extended stay.

Shared living are per person in our condo room for rent. Rates are exclusive of utilities on a monthly basis and inclusive on a weekly basis.

Our individual rooms have its own meter and you are in full control on how much you spend on energy consumption.

Shared living are equally divided between each tenant sharing apartment.

We have limited rooms available to rent as semi - furnished. It comes with a bunk bed with mattress, a locker and an electric fan. If your only renting for a short period of time, furnished room might be the one for you rather than spending more on furniture that you will not be able to use afterwards.

We allow light cooking using small electrical appliances such as toaster, rice cooker, induction cooker and microwave. No  gas tank on property.

Occasional guest are allowed but not all the time.  Our quiet times are 11pm  to 7am.

1. Schedule a site visit.

2. Complete application form and move in requirements.

3. Signed contract of lease and payment.

Payment can be bank deposited 3 days ahead for validation and or cash.

4. Bring valid government ID.
